Ahead of the release of his new album on November 25, X Factor judge and singer/songwriter Gary Barlow has partnered with comparethemeerkat.

com's fictional owner Aleksandr Orlov to star in a 30 second ad for comparethemarket.com, filmed on the banks of Manchester's Irwell River. A second advert is to air later this month, and Barlow commented 'Aleksandr approached me for an unusual request, watch this space to see what happens'.
